• To provide, operate, and maintain the AnyPartners platform.
• To facilitate B2B connections by sharing relevant project applications with selected Partners (Exchanges and Market Makers).

• Exchanges and Market Makers (Partners): When you submit an application, your project details, contact info, and pitch decks are shared with the specific Partner you applied to. Please note that once transferred, these Partners process your data as independent Data Controllers under their own privacy policies.
• Identity Verification (KYC/KYB): We use Sumsub to conduct regulatory compliance, identity verification, and anti-fraud checks. Sumsub securely processes your identification documents and biometric data.
• Electronic Signatures & Contracts: We use DocuSign to facilitate the secure signing and storage of B2B service agreements between you and the Partners.
• Payment & Escrow Infrastructure: Crypto transactions and escrow deposits are processed via BVNK. We do not store your private keys or full financial profiles on our servers.
• Analytics & Performance: We use Google Analytics to understand how users interact with our platform, which helps us improve the user experience. This involves the use of cookies to collect standard internet log information and visitor behavior information in an anonymous form.
• Database & Communications: Our platform infrastructure is powered by Supabase (secure database hosting) and Resend (transactional email delivery).

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies (such as Google Analytics) to track the activity on our Service and store certain information.
